WorkSafe NB is boasting that it exceeded its targets for service, staff satisfaction and reduced accident frequency last year. In the latest stakeholders report WorkSafe NB also says it improved pension benefits for injured workers, and decreased employer assessment rates in 2008.
President and CEO Doug Stanley says the report recaps a year of successes and challenges amid a year of change. Last year, the agency adopted its new name, changed its industry classification system, and changed the composition of its board of directors.
