Rothesay Regional Police say a 58 year old man suffered a broken leg, fractured neck and cuts and bruises after being hit by vehicle last night in the K.V.
The man was struck after 10 o'clock on the Old Hampton Road while crossing four lanes near the Pettingill Intersection.

Police tell CHSJ News they do not expect charges to be laid against the driver.
The investigation found the pedestrian had been drinking and did not cross the road at a nearby crosswalk.
