A new Atlantic Football League season gets underway this weekend with the U-N-B Saint John Seawolves taking on the defending champion Holland College Hurricanes at the Canada Games Stadium tomorrow night at 7.
Seawolves President and General Manager Barry Ogden tells CHSJ News football in the Saint John area is on the rise at all levels and he sees it as an opportunity to keep young people from moving away.
The Seawolves made it to the semi finals last season where they lost by one point to the U-N-B Red Bombers.
Before the football game tomorrow night, the U-N-B Saint John women's soccer team will host Kings College at 2 followed at 4 by the men's contest.
