Quispamsis Council deciding not to allow an amateur MMA event at the Q-Plex in November after getting legal advice from the town solicitor.
Although MMA spokesman Edward Hoyt has said the event is highly protected and brings in a quarter of a million dollars, both Quispamsis and Saint John Councils have not permitted it.
