Common Councillor Susan Fullerton says all city employees should be switched from a defined benefits pension plan to defined contributions because of the financial realities facing the city.Fullerton say she's making the recommendation knowing full well it't not going to be popular but adds she was not elected to be popular but to offer her best judgements.
Fullerton joined fellow Council member Bill Farren voting in favour of dismissing the city's Pension Board.
