VIDEO: Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day ceremony at Harbour Station.

Remembrance Day

Remembrance Day Ceremonies are being held throughout the region with the biggest at Harbour Station which will be filled to capacity so if you plan on attending, you're being urged to arrive early.

The doors will open at 9:45 with the parade assembling at 10:15.
At Harbour Station, the service will get underway at 10:40 and you're being encouraged to be in your seats by then.

The veterans are being honoured in the Kennebecasis Valley with the Remembrance Day service taking place at the Island View Lions Club on Market Street in Quispamsis. If you're going to that one, you should be seated by 10:30.

Rothesay Mayor Bill Bishop also tells us another group always holds another commemoration in the Rothesay Common and it usually draws as many as 200 people or so.
