If you may notice the odd person walking around in a kilt throughout the day -- there is a Scottish festival underway.
Organizer John Campbell tells CHSJ News there will be the usual fare like a highland dancing competition -- but -- there is also a "Braveheart" skate boarding competition at the Skate Park under the viaduct -- something he admits is non-traditional:
The festival wraps up with a party tonight at the Chinese Commerce Center on Coburg Street beginning at 8 -- there is no admission charge.
