The federal government says Canada's struggling pulp and paper industry will be tossed a one-billion dollar lifeline. Natural Resources Minister Lisa Raitt says the funding will help pulp mills make capital improvements that increase the production and use of clean energy. Keith says the grant program will be good for business as well as the environment.
