The numbers are in for the residential average price for homes sold by Saint John Real Estate Board’s MLS® system. They set a new record with the average price for a home up 18% to over $178,600 dollars.
MLS® home sales were 544 last month, down just three per cent from a year earlier. The total value of all MLS® home sales was $30.4 million in October up 15 per cent from last year.
