The new president of the Saint John Real Estate Board says the market is looking good as we head into the spring and summer months.
Jason Stephen tells CHSJ News the local market held its own through last year's economic slump:
Stephen says the number of listings is up this year offering prospective buyers more choice -- and -- he says the number of sales is also up so far this year compared to the same period last year.
