Service Awards Handed Out to Saint John Police Officers
The Saint John Police Force has honored ten officers with their 20 and 30 year exemplary service awards.
Chief Bill Reid tells CHSJ News, of the ten, only one officer is retiring at the end of the month which really speaks volumes about what the force offers and the dedication of it's officers.
In his speech, Chief Reid also took time to thank the families of the officers, knowing they play a vital role behind the scenes and are connected with the community.
20 Year Medals Go To:
Cst. David Brooker, Cst. Darin Clarke, CST. Deborah Easton, Sgt. Michael McCaig and CST. Gordon Redfurn.
30 Year Medals Go To:
Sgt. Christopher Morris, CST. Stuart Osborne, Cst. Roger Paris, Insp. David Parks and Cst. Gregory Smith.
