Conservation Council On Second Reactor

The province's Conservation Council isn't giving a thumbs up to the possibility of a second nuclear reactor being built at Point Lepreau.

David Thompson with the council tells CHSJ News they're against anything that's not green energy and nuclear power certainly isn't green.

Thompson says the worst thing we can do is export large amounts of electricity because it just results in more power lines and more woods being cut down.
