Early Childhood Care Can Shape Futures

The Atlantic Institute for Market Studies releasing a paper which says early childhood care for poor and vulnerable children can make the difference in their futures.

Author Ian Munro tells CHSJ News part of the problem is that in the coming years there will be fewer workers because of retirements.

Munro adds if you can intervene in a child's life and set them on a path to high school and university, it can end the cycle of poverty.
