Ron Oldfield tells CHSJ News they like the balance of union and company respresentation that exists now don't want to see more people on one side than the other which will adversely the board's balance in the future.
Oldfield says Worksafe NB may be looking at adding up to 5 more seats to the board.
Oldfield says depending on what happens they may start a campaign protesting changes to the Worksafe NB board of directors.
