Councillor Bill Farren tells CHSJ News his main objective remains the pension plan--and he tentatively predicts the province will grant the proposed reforms at the next sitting oft he legislature, because otherwise the city will be stuck with a bill for an additional $10 million.
Farren says it was obvious from the complaints that were received Ivan Court's leadership lacked team spirit.
