Citizens are reminded the following uptown streets will begin closing to traffic at noon on Monday and will remain closed until the Royals leave around 3pm.
-All of Prince William Street
-All of Water Street
-St Patrick's Street from Union to Water Street
-King Street from Germain to Market Square
-Chipman Hill from Union to the foot of King Street
-Entire area in front of City Hall
-Side streets from Canterbury to Prince William
Metered and pay and display areas on those streets that are not closed are free.
The City Market will be open from 9am to 4 pm.
Saint John Transit is offering a free shuttle bus from the back parking lot of Harbour Station to the Cruise Ship Terminal from 12:30 to 2pm and from 3pm to 5pm.
