The man was arrested and released and be in court later facing several charges.
Meanwhile in Sussex, 37 year old Christopher Eric Lunnie of Quispamsis was in court for a bail hearing and was released on conditions.
Lunnie is charged with sexual assault, uttering threats and attempted murder after an incident involving a man and a woman. He's due back in court June 5th in Hampton.
