Sgt. Mike Dickson tells CHSJ News the bike are found around the community.
He says some people donate them and some around found in parking lots, some are stolen and then left on people's lawns.
38 bikes will be going on the auction block tomorrow at the RRPD station at 126 Millennium Drive.
Viewing begins at 10am with the auction at 11am.
