Filmmakers, Farmers, Promotions & More Honoured At Gala

An outstanding gala for outstanding local businesses--the Board of Trade is honouring local entrepreneurs at its 28th annual awards gala. Emerging Enterprise Winner Greg Hemmings of Hemmings House tells CHSJ News they've grown a lot since they first started up, with television shows airing in over 60 countries and a strong foothold in the international market.

Young Entrepreneur winner Dave Wolpin bought Kredls at the age of 22 and he chalks up his success to going back to basics, rather than marketing food with fancy organic labels.

Innovatia, Credit Counselling Services of Atlantic Canada, Master Promotions and Romero House all received accolades, as well.
