An elderly man taken to hospital after his four-wheel scooter tipped over in a driveway on the West side.Emergency crews hearing that the man in his eighties was not conscious and not breathing. However, City Police say when they arrived on the scene on Russell Hill Road he was breathing.
No word yet on injuries.
