A piece of history is now in place in Bathurst. Annie Morrissette has become the first woman to be co-owner and president of a team in the history of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. She and her brother Stephane finalized the last documents to take over the team ownership in Bathurst. Both now own 50% of the team’s assets.
They take over the franchise from their father Léo-Guy Morrissette who brought the franchise to Bathurst 11 years ago. The new owners will greet the members of the Titan’s Advisory Board for the first time in two weeks.
