New home construction in the greater Saint John area remains sluggish according to the latest survey from Canada Mortgage and Housing.
The federal agency says the number of new homes started between January and May is off by almost 23-percent compared to the same period a year ago.
Moncton and Fredericton are bucking the trend with both posting gains over last year.
