The news out of Fredericton doesn't come as a big shock to one Conservative MLA. Margaret Ann Blaney of Rothesay tells CHSJ News, her party has been calling for a fiscal update but this doesn't satisfy the itch.
As for the pre-budget consultations, Blaney says knowing that the numbers have to be in by the end of November, that doesn't give the Liberals alot of time to digest what people are saying.
