Police got a call to the Romano's parking lot on Main Street West around 2:19 this morning -- the owner of a car caught the two trying to break in and got roughed up by the man.
Police arrived and the two are facing theft and assault charges.
The man has a court date this morning while the woman will be in front of a judge at a later date.
