Ambulance NB C-E-O Alan Stephen has told CHSJ News the patient needed care on board the plane that was beyond what could be provided by the Atlantic Charters plane and that's why they waited for the Air Care plane to fly in from dropping off a patient in Halifax.
Doucet says he's hearing so many different stories, it's time to get to the bottom of what's going on and if the system has to be fixed, then get it done.
