Weather Advisory In Advance Of Hurricane Sandy

The Canadian Hurricane Centre issuing an advisory for the Maritimes about hurricane Sandy which could be blowing into our region as a significant storm early next week.

The storm is expected to track northward during the weekend while remaining at or near hurricane strength.
   
Sandy is expected to remain a large and powerful cyclone as it heads for the U-S. eastern seaboard.    

The long range forecast is calling for a chance of showers on Monday but rain and wind for Tuesday with more wet weather next Wednesday.
