On April 16, 2013, the RCMP in Elsipogtog executed a search warrant at a home on the reserve. Police seized computer equipment containing pictures of children being sexually abused.
The 28-year-old man was arrested and later released on conditions. He is scheduled to appear in Moncton Provincial Court on September 11.
