TransCanada Has 60 Days To Say If Pipeline Will Come To Port City

The clock is ticking. Within 60 days refineries in Saint John, Levi and Montreal will know whether they'll be on the receiving end of Alberta oil.

Phillip Cannon of Trans Canada tells CHSJ News the so-called open season is over, and now they need to analyze the bids they've received.

While Trans Canada isn't coming out and saying it's a done deal, an information packet issued to Quispamsis council for tomorrow night states the three news terminals will be built in Quebec and New Brunswick. Official word could come even sooner than 60 days from now.
