Speed monitors have been out again in the Southwood Drive subdivision of Quispamsis as town engineers look at the effectiveness of last summer's traffic calming program.
Speed bumps were installed this time last year on Southwood Drive, Lexington Avenue and Minstrel Drive after the subdivision became a heavily used shortcut to the Vincent Road.
Mayor Murray Driscoll tells CHSJ News the effectiveness of the speed bumps has to be determined.
Driscoll says no one has directly asked him if the speed bumps will be going in again this summer.
