Wellington Row will be barricaded at Carelton Street, except between the hours of 7:45 to 9 in the morning and from 4:30 to 5:30 in the evening in order to ease congestion.
You can get to Wellington any time from Union Street but there will no exit onto Carelton Street except during the aforementioned times.
