Company Says Contractor And Union Working On Differences

A spokesperson for Canaport L-N-G says the dispute over shifting is between the contractor and the Insulators union.
And Carolyn Vanderveen tells CHSJ News the dispute should be resolved quickly without any impact on construction schedules.
She says 98-percent of the workers during the past three years of construction have been Canadian with 85-percent of those workers actually local people.
Work on the sprawling facility is 96-percent complete.
