Thousand Expected To Run In Breast Cancer Fundraiser

Despite the rainy weather, as many as 3 thousand people are expected to participate in today's CIBC Run for the Cure, the annual fundraiser for breast cancer research.

Director Karen McCumber tells CHSJ News there is usually one common thread between all of the runners - they or someone they know has been affected by cancer.

The route begins at Harbour Station at 2pm.
