Should some of the speed limits in the city be reduced? That's going to be looked at in light of a fatal crash more than three years ago on Hillcrest Road which killed a 15 year old girl and prompted some emotional debate. Common Councillor Donna Reardon would like to see drivers slowing down for their own safety and the safety of others, saying the Saint John Disability Association has made its concerns known to Common Council.
