Date Set For Oland Inquiry

Six weeks have been set aside for a preliminary hearing to determine if Dennis Oland will stand trial in the death of his father Richard in July of 2011.

It is scheduled to go from May 12th to June 20th and, in almost all cases, the presiding judge imposes a ban on the publication of evidence.

The body of Richard Oland was found in his office on Canterbury Street.
