First the ribbon is cut then a shot in the arm comes courtesy of the federal government.
Fundy Royal MP Rob Moore announced today the Kent Hills Wind Farm in Albert County will receive up to $29 million dollars from the federal government.
The money is coming from the federal ecoENERGY for Renewable Power program aimed at increasing the supply of clean electricity in the country.
Kent Hills is the provinces first commercial wind farm and will sold electricity produced to NB Power.
