Businesses and neighbours will be hosting a day of activities and entertainment to commemorate the re-opening of the street.
Trinity Church will be hosting a Bell Recital, as well as walking tours with David Goss and Harold Wright starting a 8 o'clock.
The Grand Opening Ceremony takes place at the newly renovated Saint John Theatre Company building at 112 Princess Street with an official ribbon cutting ceremony.
Things get started at 8 and run until 4:30.
