Celebrations will be taking place all over the province. In Saint John Rockwood Park is celebrating in style -- there's free canoe and kayak rentals, free wagon rides, music, crafts and a hike with a park naturalist all starting around 10am.

The official NB Day celebrations will be in the first rural community this year in Saint-André. The celebration will begin at 10 a.m. at the recreational centre, 455, Route 255, Saint-André, with music, activities and kiosks followed by the official ceremony at 11 a.m. Along with Saint-André, the municipalities of Grand Falls, Saint-Léonard and Drummond will also co-host.
New Brunswick Day has been celebrated since 1976, and an official host community has been chosen for celebrations since 1990.
