Campaign Underway To Get Stompin Tom Into The Hockey Hall Of Fame

Is "The Hockey Song" a good enough reason for Stompin Tom Connors to be made a member of the Hockey Hall of Fame as a builder?

The Bank of Montreal's Leigh (Lee) Winchester seems to think so, comparing Stompin Tom to Foster Hewitt.

The Bank is involved in sponsoring alot of hockey teams including the Chicago Blackhawks, the Canadian Hockey League and its 48 teams along with the Rockford IceHogs of the American Hockey League.

It's hoping people will write to the Hockey Hall of Fame to push the idea and go on social media.
