Executive Director Paul Jorgensen tells CHSJ News the decision to keep the trail motorized meant they lost out in $1.5 million in funding and it's not what the users want. He maintains they don't feel safe when the A-T-V's are there when they want to walk and cycle.
Jorgenson claims there are enough legal ATV trails as it is.
