Chief Talking Court Action On Shale Gas

As CHSJ News first told you earlier this week, it looks like the dispute between the Elsipogtog First Nation and the province over shale gas is heading to court. 

Chief Aaron Sock says that will determine who decides what will happen on First Nations land. The Liberals want Premier Alward to slow down when it comes to fracking.
 
Leader Brian Gallant says the Premier has not been able to reassure people in the province that fracking won't cause environmental harm.
