Charles Beaulieu is a wild-fire prevention officer and tells CHSJ News, grass and brush fires started by home-owners are a huge problem.
Last year, 251 hectares of wooded area were lost because of 195 forest fires but Beaulieu calls that a slow year due to all the rain.
