Saint John appears to be getting off easy this year in terms of flooding.
With water levels now a safe, one meter below the initial flood stage in Saint John, the provincial flood forecasting center has released it's final bulletin of the season.
Officials say water levels in the lower portion of the St. John River basin should continue to go down slowly, but if conditions change River Watch will renew it's forecasts.
Information about flood clean-up can be found on the River Watch website, at http://www2.gnb.ca/content/gnb/en/news/public_alerts/river_watch.html
