Heavy Rain & Wind Expected From Sandy

The Canadian Hurricane Centre says heavy rain and gusty winds is what we'll get from Sandy. Forecasters say southern Ontario and western Quebec will get the brunt of the storm.

We could get more than 50 millimetres of rain and gusty winds late Monday night and throughout Tuesday. The centre adds at this point rainfall amounts are still hard to predict.
