The Crown agency has delivered a number of P3 projects including the Harbour Bridge and Route 1 Gateway Project. City Manager Pat Woods says it's important to get another set of eyes on the process, simply to ensure the city is not spending any more than it has to.
Price Waterhouse Cooper will be presenting the results of a value-for-money study on P3 to Common Council on March 18. On the other side of the P3 debate, the Council of Canadians will present to council on the 11th.
