The former broker been asked to pay up almost $600,000 to the Financial and Consumer Services Commission (Commission) and is banned from the investment industry for life.
Priest was also sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to nine counts of fraud under the Securities Act in provincial court back in September 2012.
