Ben tells CHSJ News the biggest shock of his mock arrest proposal going viral was stumbling upon it.
He says none of the websites posting the video contacted them first so they were shocked when their faces showed up on the homepage of their computer.
We asked bride-to-be Marcia Belyea if she ever expected to get married like this.
She tells us she never expected to be proposed to like that or to win a wedding.
The couple's wedding date is July 19th 2014.
